A Styled Shoot Event

What do you get when you combine the slow part of wedding season, two photographers, and a florist? An epic styled shoot event, incorporating the best local businesses in the wedding industry to produce amazing designs and content. From there, we decided to open it up to any photographers in the area to come and shoot allllllll the things! To say it was a HUGE success would be an understatement! I had so much fun designing for this Retro-Boho inspired shoot. I can’t say enough amazing things about everyone who was involved. Our first thought when putting this together, was simply to be able to dust off the cobwebs of “slow season” and to create some amazing content. But from there our vision snowballed into something much more - collaborating with creatives in the same industry - Community Over Competition! Inspiring and encouraging each other, learning from one another, and supporting everyone turned out to be bigger than just a regular styled shoot. If you’re a bride - I urge you to look closely at the following galleries. Each photographer, shot the exact same shoot. However, no two photos from any of the photographers are the same. When choosing the photographer for your wedding, you’re not just choosing someone with a camera and the date available. You should be choosing your photographer based on their style and vision. Some photographers shoot with lots of light, some are dark or moodier. Keep in mind how you want your day to be interpreted, these will be the photos your show you children and grandchildren to come!
